I want to start off by saying I’m a Mum with a chronic illness and I absolutely love the look of fake lashes. Even though I love the look of them, I’ve hardly ever had time to apply them. Since having a daughter I’m mostly just rushing out of the house with minimum amount of time allocated for my makeup application. So the desire to apply fake lashes has always been there. At times I have succeeded but most of the times it’s been a swipe of mascara and I’m out of the house. So I was ecstatic when I got the chance to try the Kiss Naked Drama Collection Lashes. It gave me a little push to try and do what I have wanted to for the longest time. It gave me a reason to try and squeeze in a little extra time for myself so I could apply these lashes and feel all fluttery!

Kiss – Lash Couture Naked Drama Collection
Kiss launched their Naked Drama Collection recently and it’s just perfect for someone like me who loves a dramatic eye.
These lashes are 3D mink effect lashes that look luxurious and dramatic but feel very light and natural on the eyes. The light feel comes from the Slim Cushion Flexi Band that hugs the lash line for a contoured fit.
Kiss Naked Drama Lashes – Lacey and Chiffon
I was very kindly gifted 2 of these lashes, Lacy and Chiffon by Alex Silver PR. The lashes come nicely packaged in a box that has full instructions of how to apply and take care of these lashes. So even for a beginner like myself, these are easy to apply. I use a tweezer to set my lashes in place and sometimes trim them a little to give me a good fit.
Chiffon lashes have a wispy and feathery finish to them. They provide length and volume to the eyes but keeping it natural at the same time.
Lacey lashes give a full on dramatic effect to the eyes. They are fluffy lashes that provide full volume to the lashes.
The lashes in this collection have a next generation tapered end technology making them light and luxurious. I have wore contacts pretty much half of my life so I was pleased to know these are contact-lens friendly and cruelty free.

I love the quality of these lashes and the ease of use so I highly recommend them. From my past experience I found that the lash strips can be stiff which makes it harder for a beginner like me to apply them. However these lashes are completely different. The soft, flexible band made it easy for me to apply them. The lashes point upwards instead of drooping down which is fantastic for someone like me with straight and sometimes downward pointing lashes. They are super easy to apply and they can be reused plenty of times with good care.
